Your Questions, Answered
How does the deposit process work?
Once your application is approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on our waiting list. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
When can I take my puppy home?
Puppies are ready to join their new families at 8 weeks of age. We provide a 'Going-Home' kit that includes health records, transition food, and a blanket with their mother's scent to help them adjust.
Do you offer support after adoption?
Absolutely. We consider ourselves partners in your puppy's journey. We are always available for questions regarding training, nutrition, or health to ensure a smooth transition into your home.
What is the difference between a therapy animal and a service animal?
Therapy animals and service animals both receive extra training to ensure that they are capable of maintaining proper behavior in public settings. Therapy animals are often trained with the purpose of recognizing emotions and emotional outbursts and can then provide support to those who are feeling discomfort, whereas a service animal is trained with a specific task to support a diagnosed medical condition. Service animals can be used for physical or psychological disorders, but it is required that they have a specific task that they perform that supports the functioning of their handler in association with their diagnosis.
